In the Celtic tradition, the autumn equinox is a time of balance, celebration and integration: we celebrate the fruits of our labours and take a moment to pause whilst night and day, light and dark, are equal. We take time to evaluate our lives and lessons learned duirng the summer months, before beginning to plan for the darker months ahead.
In this workshop we will explore this theme and honour this event in the Celtic wheel of the year through an embodied exploration of what this seasons means for our lives right now.
The two-hour workshop will blend yoga and gentle movement with guided medtiation, time for reflection and sharing, and will close with a sound bath using gongs, singing bowls and a range of percussive instruments.
