About the event
Mark the turn of the seasons with a flow to restore yoga sequence, and a soundbath using gongs, singing bowls and chimes.
Sept 22: Autumn Equinox ~ Marking the transition from Summer to Autumn, expressing gratitude for our gains and setting intentions for the new season.
Nov 3: Samhain ~ Honouring our ancestors, grief tending and releasing what no longer serves as we turn towards Winter.
Feb 3: Imbolc ~ Tending to our inner spark of creative inspiration and celebrating the first stirrings of Spring.
