What to expect

This workshop will offer you the opportunity to explore the deep meditative states and dream-like spaces which open to us when we are bathed in sound vibrations.

We'll have some heart-opening cacao at the start of the session as we transition out of our every day lives and to dedicate some time to tuning into on our senses and intuition. The cacao improves blood circulation to the heart and brain, keeping us alert as we relax into the experience. I also offer an opening meditation to reflect on the energies of the season and how these relate to our lives as they are currently unfolding.

Many people find that being immersed in the soundscapes created by the gongs, singing bowls and other percussive instruments helps to quieten the chatter of the mind so…
