No prior experience is necessary and you are welcome to contact us with any questions about the venue or the practices.

Venue: Wytham Village Hall

Wytham Village Hall is to the north of Oxford, just beyond Wolvercote. It's a tranquil setting that will give you a true sense of a retreat, whilst still being very local to Oxford. There is parking available on-site, though please do let us know if you intend to come by car (venue needs to know how many spaces we'll require); and also because we'll try to facilitate car shares for those participants who don't own a vehicle so do get in touch if you'll have spcae for someone else.

There are frequent busses from central Oxford to Home Close, which is about a mile walk to the hall.

What to bring:

- Wear clothing you able to move in freely, and a layers are good for ensuring comfort in moments of stillness.

- A yoga mat and a blanket for comfort. You also might like to bring an eye pillow or scarf to cover the eyes when resting for the sound bath. Get in touch with me if you are't able to bring a yoga mat.

- Bring water for hydration and a packed lunch

Supporter & Financial Assistance places.

The 'supporter' admission rate is for those who can afford to pay a little more, in order to help cover places for those not able to pay full price. The 'financial assistance' rate is for those who cannot afford the full rate; if this rate is still prohibitive, please contact me by email to arrange attendance at an accessible rate (even if you cannot pay at all), with no questions asked.

Cancellation policy

We are unable to offer refunds. We are happy for anyone who is unable to attend to pass their place on to someone else.

If we have to cancel the event or reschedule, all participants will be refunded or offered a place at a future workshop.
