Gong Bath, Cacao & Seasonal Infusion

What to expect

This workshop will offer you the opportunity to explore the deep meditative states and dream-like spaces which open to us when we are bathed in sound vibrations.

We'll have some uplifting cacao and a seasonal medicinal plant infurion at the start of the session as a ritual to transition out of our every day lives, and to dedicate some time to tuning into on our senses. The cacao itself improves blood circulation to the heart and brain, keeping us alert as we relax into the experience. The seasonal plant infusion (like a herbal tea), will then offer us a refreshing opportunity to reflect on the energies of the season and how these relate to our lives as they are currently unfolding.
