Marston Weekly Yoga Class

A weekly class, offered as a 7 week course, from 6-7pm on Wednesdays in the New Marston Pastoral Centre (the community space behind St. Michael's Church on Jack Straw's Lane, which appears as 'Archway Foundation' on Google Maps). 

We will explore poses and flowing sequences to stretch and strengthen the body, with moments for pause and stillness. We'll gently work with the breath and explore some techniques for inviting stillness into the mind as well as the body. No prior experience is necessary, and I always offer lots of options so that participants can choose their own best pathway through the class based on how they're feeling that day.

What to bring:

• Yoga mat

• Comfy clothing that you can move in

• Blanket and/or eye pillow if you would like them for the final relaxation
