About the event
A weekly class, offered as a 5 week course, from 6-7pm on Mondays in the New Marston Pastoral Centre (the community space behind St. Michael's Church on Jack Straw's Lane, which appears as 'Archway Foundation' on Google Maps).
Course dates: April 15, 22, 29 / May 6, 13
We will explore poses and flowing sequences to stretch and strengthen the body. We'll gently work with the breath and explore some techniques for inviting stillness into the mind as well as the body. No prior experience is necessary, and I always offer lots of options so that participants can choose their own best pathway through the class based on how they're feeling that day.
