Get your weekend off to a great start with this rise and shine workshop - a trial to see if a regular monthly weekend class would be welcome!
We'll begin with a dynamic and invigorating flow (with plenty of options so you can adjust the sequence to your own body and enegry levels), then slow down with some more restorative poses. Tea and refreshments will be provided after the session.
