About the event
Experience deep rest and rejuvenation through soothing gongs, chimes, and percussive soundscapes. The session begins with cacao drink (or seasonal herbal tea), and gentle seasonal poetry reflections to help you unwind and drop into a meditative, creative state.

Location: Wolvercote Mill (Upstairs Space), 2 Baynhams Drive, OX2 8FF
Accessibility: Lift access available - please request in advance. Chairs can be provided if sitting/lying on the floor doesnt work for you.
Timing: Doors open at 6:45 PM for a 7:00 PM start. No late admissions once the session begins.
