What to expect
This workshop will offer you the opportunity to explore the deep meditative states and dream-like spaces which open to us when we are bathed in sound vibrations.
We'll start with a cacao drink or herbal infusion as we transition out of our every day lives and dedicate some time to tuning into on our senses and intuition. The cacao improves blood circulation to the heart and brain, keeping you alert as you soften into the experience. A herbal infusion will be available for those who avoid caffeine in the evenings. I also offer an opening meditation to reflect on the energies of the season and how these relate to our lives as they are currently unfolding.
