About the event
The Equinoxes mark the points in the year when the night and the day are of equal length. This is a time to welcome and embrace balance: of light and darnkess, inner and outer worlds, intuition and rationality, assertive and receptive states, and active and restful energies.
This time of year is associated with fertility and the cascade of new life we see in nature: fresh buds, new shoots, bright flowers. It is a time to ask where we are inviting new growth and vigour into our own lives and to reflect on how we can ride the wave of creative energy that we experience in the world around us.
In this workshop we will explore this theme and honour this event in the Celtic wheel of the year through an embodied exploration of what this seasons means for our lives right now.
